Aid joined on the back end of the 2012 season. He must have liked our website as he got in touch with us via e-mail and turned down his now home club Wattsville. The much travelled Irishman is now playing in his 4th country. In his 1st full season Aid became a regular and 1 of the 1st names on the team sheet for the 2nd team. A fine long distance runner, and he shows that on the pitch with endless running for his team mates. Aid will also regularly put his body on the line and often be seen spurring on his team mates, very similar in style to club Captain Tom. The box to box midfielder chips in with some goals too.
 
With his wife now back in work, we've not seen much of Aid this season unfortunately as he's looking after his young daughter. Bit of a shame as Aids wife is sports mad like himself and would love Aid to regularly appear for Cwmcarn but priorities must come 1st for a young professional couple starting a family. Still training and interacting with his team mates whenever possible, Aid is very respected throughout his team mates. The maths teacher regularly gives his facebook friends hangover quizzes on a Saturday morning. If only Pontins could spare some of the cons and get a babysitter in so this man could play football every week, great addition to the club.

Best Dressed: Glenda is usually looking pretty sharp
Worst Dressed: Aaron Procter..that wooly hat with the tassles on is unforgivable
Best Tweeter: New Dan or one younger crew I'd imagine
Worst Tweeter: They're all as bad as each other
Best Banter: Sugars always good for a laugh
Worst Banter: Pontins in debt collecting mode..only joking Pont..I know it has to be done
Hardman: Bookworm - soft as shite but hard as nails!
